Your journey with bachata begins in your body — and it does not end at the dancing.

I designed this course for the woman who wants to learn bachata, but whose goal is not simply to memorise more steps.
She wants to feel her body more. To move with more confidence. To discover her femininity in her own way. And to find a style that looks like her, not a copy of someone else.
The course is ten recorded sessions, and each one is built to bring together learning to dance, body awareness, and self-expression. Before we move, we stop for a minute: we talk about an idea, or one side of our relationship with the body and with movement, and then we translate it into something practical through the dance.
Because I believe movement is not separate from the person behind it. Every time you learn a new movement you are not only training your body — you are training your awareness, your presence, your coordination, your ability to express yourself, and your confidence.
Through the course you move step by step from the basics to Lady Style, without ever being asked to be a professional dancer or to have danced before. We build your body and your movement gradually, and learn how to use the feet, the waist, the shoulders, the hands and the body, and how to connect all of those parts together naturally.
At the end of the journey you will not just have a set of movements. You will have a strong foundation, more tools to express yourself, and greater awareness of your body — and, most of all, more space in which to be you.
This course is my invitation to you not only to learn to dance, but to discover what can happen to you when you let your body move freely. Because bachata, to me, is not just steps. It is a way of meeting ourselves.

if you have one. A mirror helps you watch your body, your hands and your waist, and notice the details as you train.
You do not need a studio. Choose somewhere comfortable and safe where you can move freely, even a small corner of your room.
that let you see your body move and move freely. No special dance outfit is needed.
The goal is not to finish the ten lessons as fast as possible. The goal is to learn, to practise, and to feel the difference in your body, your confidence and your movement.
