For me, dance was never just steps. It is a relationship with the body, with the soul, and with the other.
Coaching is the same work, without the dance floor in between.
Coaching — Life Coaching
A space to speak honestly, to look at what is actually happening in your life, and to leave with tools that are yours.
I am Seham. I believe real change begins when we allow ourselves to stop, to look inward, and to understand honestly what is happening.
Today I am in my practical training period (staj), and I am looking for people who want to go through this experience with me during that period — as part of my training and my professional development, and within the accredited framework and supervision of the programme I am training in.
Life Coaching is a professional one-to-one (1:1) path. Through it we work on understanding ourselves more deeply, on naming what we actually want, and on gaining tools that help us deal with different sides of life.
Along the way we learn to make more conscious decisions, to understand our feelings and work with them, to read everyday situations, to discover what holds us back and the patterns that repeat in our lives, and to turn thoughts and wishes into practical steps.
And I am Seham. I walk this journey beside you.
I help you see the picture more clearly, listen to your own inner voice, and understand what you need and what you want — so that you reach your goals yourself.
The path is made of 12 meetings, through which we go gradually into different layers of your experience: we begin from where you are today and what pushed you towards change, then we explore the picture you hold of yourself, your thoughts and beliefs, your values and needs, your repeating patterns, your relationship with yourself and with others, your boundaries, your fears, your strengths and your choices.
And from awareness we move to action: together we build a personal, practical plan that fits your needs and your goals, and we pack a backpack of your own carrying the tools, the skills and the awareness you will need on your journey.
At the start of the road I walk beside you step by step; we discover, we try and we practise together — but the aim is that you become your own guide, able to carry on by yourself.
That you finish the path carrying not only a new awareness, but a bag of tools you can use in your life long after the 12 meetings are over.
Scroll through them — and whatever else you bring. This list is a beginning.
No. We can begin from the feeling of not being clear itself. As the path goes on things become clearer, and then you can choose a clear goal.
No, and it does not take the place of psychological or medical treatment.
During the training period, yes — the path is 12 meetings in full, and that is part of the professional standards I work under. Sometimes we need to add a meeting or two, arranged in advance.
The sessions are available online or in person, whichever suits you.
One hour only.
Certainly. Protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of what is shared during the sessions is a core part of my professional commitment. And since I am currently in my practical training period (the staj), the content of the sessions may be shared with the academic supervisor at the college within the framework of professional supervision and training, with full commitment to privacy and confidentiality
If it becomes clear during the path that your need calls for treatment or support from a specialist, or a different path, I will point you to the right place or the right professional. And if it is better to stop the path, we will stop it — because your wellbeing and your real need matter more than carrying on with it.
What you write here comes to me before the first meeting, and stays between us. Fields marked * are needed.
